PAYING WITH PAYPAL & CREDIT CARD

We support PayPal and Credit Card payment, include Visa，Mastercard,  American Express and JCB credit cards.

• Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you can make the payment.
• Through Credit Card, you will be redirected to Credit Card's site where you can enter the card number, name on card, expiration date and security code on the payment page, without redirecting to other pages.

ADVANTAGES WITH USING PAYPAL:

Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account. Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). Gemarwel doesn’t receive your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

Please note that Gemarwel does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

WHY HAS MY PAYMENT BEEN DECLINED?

If you're having trouble paying, declined payments can be caused by one or more of the following:

• The transaction page has timed-out.
• Leaving the page before finishing the check-out procedure.
• Your PayPal account has insufficient funds or is not linked to any secondary option like a bank account or a credit card.
